All airtime purchases are prepaid and completed through M-Pesa. Once payment is confirmed, airtime is dispatched to the provided mobile number. Ensure the number and amount are correct before confirming.

DaimaPay does not offer refunds for successful transactions. If an error occurs (e.g. wrong number, failed airtime delivery), please contact our support team within 24 hours at support@daimapay.com.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or block access if misuse is detected. Providing false or misleading KYC information may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
